We are happy to share that Abbas Law PLLC recently achieved E-2 Visa issuance for an E-2 Treaty Investor to the United States! The E-2 visa application was approved about one week after the Treaty Investor’s visa interview, and the Consular post issued the approval without any substantive requests for additional information.
