Abbas Law During COVID-19
We would like to confirm that Abbas Law PLLC continues to operate during the COVID-19 crisis. We are no longer working from our office, but we are taking phone calls and e-mails as normal; and we continue to process cases with no interruption in service.
Please continue to reach out to us for your U.S. immigration inquiries or current case updates. Both USCIS and NVC continue to process cases, although U.S. Embassies and Consulates overseas remain open only for emergency visas and other special situations.
If you are scheduled for INFOPASS, Biometrics, or any other immigration-related interview, USCIS has ceased all in-person services through May 3, 2020. This date may continue to be extended. If you were scheduled for an interview during this time period, it will automatically be re-scheduled when USCIS resumes normal operations.
