We are happy to share that Abbas Law PLLC recently achieved approval for a Form I-829 petition filed by an EB-5 investor to the United States!  The I-829 petition was approved in under 24 months, and the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Service (USCIS) issued the approval without any substantive Requests for Evidence (“RFEs”).
