Abbas Law achieves I-829 Approval following Mandamus Lawsuit
Abbas Law PLLC achieved a long-awaited Form I-829 petition approval for an EB-5 client this month. Unfortunately, due to unreasonable delay by USCIS, this family had to wait for over four years to receive this approval – and USCIS refused to act until prompted by a federal mandamus lawsuit regarding the delay.
